These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," "your") and MyHailRepair.com ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our website (MyHailRepair.com), submitting an online booking request, or authorizing or receiving any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our website and services.

The process for engaging our Services is designed to be transparent and to comply with Texas consumer protection standards.
Submitting a request for an appointment through our website's online booking system is a request for a service time and does not constitute a confirmed appointment. An appointment is only confirmed after our staff has contacted you to verify the details and availability.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your identity, contact details, and vehicle information. The Company is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
A formal, written estimate of the cost of repairs can only be provided after a physical inspection of your vehicle by our qualified technicians. Verbal estimates are for informational purposes only and are not binding.
This is a critical step in our process. No repair work will commence until you have provided a signed, written authorization for the specific repairs and costs detailed in the formal estimate. This authorization is a legally binding agreement for us to perform the work and for you to pay for it.
Any additional damage discovered or additional work required during the repair process that is outside the scope of the original estimate will require a separate, written authorization from you before we proceed. This procedure protects you from unexpected charges and is in accordance with Texas law, which prohibits misleading statements about the need for repairs and charging for unauthorized work.
Payment in full for all authorized repairs, parts, labor, and applicable taxes is due upon completion of the Services and before the vehicle will be released to you.
We accept payment via cash, major credit cards, and other methods as agreed upon in advance.
If your vehicle is not picked up and paid for within three (3) business days of you being notified of its completion, a daily storage fee of $35.00 will be applied to your final invoice for each day thereafter.
In accordance with Texas Property Code, an express mechanic's lien is hereby acknowledged on your vehicle to secure the total amount due for repairs, parts, labor, and any accrued fees. We reserve the legal right to retain possession of your vehicle until the total amount due is paid in full. If the bill remains unpaid, we may proceed with the sale of the vehicle to satisfy the debt as permitted by Texas law.
We offer assistance in navigating the automotive insurance claim process to make your experience as smooth as possible. However, the legal and financial relationship is strictly defined.
While we will communicate with your insurance provider to facilitate the claim, your contract for repair services is with MyHailRepair.com, not your insurer. Our primary obligation is to you, to perform safe and high-quality repairs as you have authorized.
You are solely and fully responsible for the payment of your final repair bill. This includes any and all insurance deductibles, betterment charges, depreciation, or any other costs for repairs that are not covered by your insurance policy. The final amount due to us is your responsibility, regardless of any amount paid or reimbursed to you by your insurance company.
The use of our website is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from your use of or inability to use our website.
We are not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal property, articles, or valuables left inside your vehicle. We strongly advise you to remove all personal items from your vehicle before leaving it with us for service. This includes items in the cabin, trunk, and any attached containers.
Our liability for any claim arising out of the performance or non-performance of our Services is limited to the total cost of the Services provided on the specific repair invoice in question. This limitation does not apply to damages resulting from our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or in cases where such a limitation is prohibited by the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act (DTPA).
Our website and all content, information, and materials on it are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the website or the information, content, or materials included on it.
We provide a limited warranty on our workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in the labor for the specific repairs we performed.

All content included on or comprising the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of MyHailRepair.com or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to them or the Services provided shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in or serving the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas metropolitan area for the resolution of any legal matter arising from these Terms.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice on our website prior to the new terms taking effect. By continuing to access our website or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
